Workshop on Administrative and Judicial sequestration
On Sunday, 27 July 2025, the Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies (IBFTS) organized a specialized workshop titled “Administrative and Judicial sequestration” at the High Institute of Judiciary. The workshop brought together professionals from the banking and judicial sectors to examine the legal and operational aspects of administrative and judicial freezes and their implications for banking activities.
The first day of the workshop focused on “The Role of sequestration in Banks,” addressing the relevant legal frameworks, practical implementation mechanisms, and the direct impact of sequestration on banking operations.
The five-day workshop aims to enhance legal awareness and strengthen the professional competencies of participants from both sectors, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to manage administrative and judicial freeze cases with greater efficiency and professionalism.
