The Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies Organizes a Workshop on Banking Skills and Financial Inclusion
The Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies IBFTS in cooperation with Expertise France 🇫🇷 organized on Wednesday, 26th of February 2025, a specialized workshop aimed at analyzing the skills gap in the banking sector and enhancing financial inclusion for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The workshop addressed the impact of skills gaps on project financing, the challenges facing banking education and its alignment with labor market needs, as well as the role of the Institute in improving the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
The event featured interactive discussions and exchanges of expertise with a group of specialists and decision-makers, focusing on identifying best practices and effective mechanisms through which banks can better support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote sustainable economic development.
