Signing of a Cooperation Agreement between the Institute of Banking and Financial Studies and Binaa Entrepreneurship Incubator

As part of the Central Bank of Libya’s strategy to support youth initiatives, strengthen the role of business incubators, and encourage the establishment of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), the Institute of Banking and Financial Studies continues its efforts to contribute to sustainable economic development.
These enterprises play a vital role in stimulating economic growth, diversifying national income sources, creating job opportunities, and expanding private sector participation in economic activity—thereby supporting the country’s financial and monetary stability.
In this context, the Director-General of the Institute of Banking and Financial Studies signed a cooperation agreement with the Director-General of Binaa Entrepreneurship Incubator.
The agreement aims to enhance the technical and scientific qualification of banking professionals in the field of project evaluation, enabling them to provide entrepreneurs with consultations, guidance, and advisory support in line with international best practices and recent developments in the sector.
This partnership represents an important step toward ensuring that the Libyan banking sector continues to keep pace with modern advancements in entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
