Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Banking and Financial Studies
In the presence of His Excellency Mr. Marei Al-Barasi, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Libya and Chairman of the Institute’s Board of Directors, the Institute held its fourth ordinary Board meeting for the year 2023 at its headquarters in Tripoli.
The meeting addressed several key agenda items, most notably:
- Approval of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022
- Endorsement of the proposed training plan for 2024
- Approval of the Institute’s estimated budget for 2024
Review of quarterly reports on training activities and financial performance during the current year
