A Strategic Partnership between Libya and Bahrain to Enhance Banking and Financial Training
The Libyan Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies (IBFTS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), aimed at strengthening cooperation in training and capacity development within the banking and financial sector.
Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al Sheikh, Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Institute, emphasized that this partnership comes within the framework of exchanging expertise and supporting the development of Arab capacities in the banking and financial field.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Othman, Director General of the Libyan Institute, stated that the agreement represents an important step toward adopting international best practices and expanding regional and international cooperation. He noted that this collaboration will contribute to developing Libyan competencies and enhancing knowledge transfer within the financial sector.
