A New Partnership… Toward Advancing Administrative and Financial Training
On Wednesday, 12 November 2025, the Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies (IBFTS) signed a cooperation agreement with the Documentation and Information Center at the Ministry of Finance, aimed at strengthening comprehensive training programs in the administrative and financial fields and supporting the exchange of expertise between both parties.
This agreement represents an important step toward integrating knowledge and experience, opening broader horizons for building qualified national capacities and enhancing professional efficiency within Libya’s financial sector.
