A Meeting to Discuss Bank’s Training Needs with the Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies
A coordination meeting was held on Tuesday, 25th of February 2025, between the Director of the Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies IBFTS and a group of heads of training departments from several banks, aimed at identifying banks’ training needs and exploring mechanisms for developing training programs aligned with the evolving requirements of the banking sector.
The meeting addressed a number of key issues related to training challenges faced by some banks, as well as potential solutions through specialized training programs designed to enhance employees’ competencies and improve operational performance.
This meeting falls within the framework of the Institute’s ongoing commitment to strengthening coordination and partnership with banks, ensuring the delivery of effective training solutions that respond to the real needs of the banking and financial sector.
