Conclusion of the Professional Induction Program for Newly Recruited Employees at the Central Bank of Libya
On Tuesday, 23rd of December 2025, the Professional Induction Program for newly recruited employees of the Central Bank of Libya concluded at the Institute of Banking and Financial Training and Studies (IBFTS). This initiative aligns with the Bank’s strategic vision to cultivate highly qualified national banking professionals capable of seamless and effective integration into the institution.
The program was designed to strengthen participants’ core banking knowledge, instill professional ethics and values, and deepen their understanding of the Central Bank of Libya’s regulatory and supervisory functions. By doing so, it equips employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles with competence, efficiency, and professionalism.
